Most teen are influenced by advertising and commercials that they see everyday. It allows for them to see the newest and the coolest objects that are in the markets, and they want them. This way, companies offer more products to a consumer, which allows them to sell more items. This way, some people would buy their items, and then other people would see them and they also might want to buy their items. An example of this might be an iPhone or a shirt with a logo, which basically scream their companies name, and to buy their products. Personally, commercial media does not influence me that much because I am simply not interested in most of the items that they sell. Of course, occasionally, I catch a glimpse of something on the markets, and i wish to buy that but not as often as some other people. The other are of the that is influenced by commercial media, is the fact that where ever i look, there is most likely an advertisement for some object. People in crowded cities such as new york, see from 3000 up to 20000 advertisements per day, about anything ranging from a Grocery store to the mail in your mailbox. In the end, advertisements act as both benefits and a detriment, since they introduce new objects to people.
